A typical session is 50 minutes centered on you, your story, and your goals. We will connect, check in on your progress from the previous session, set the desired outcome for the day, and get to the good process of evoking awareness and setting realistic action steps that will give you life and move you forward. We will meet over Zoom for a 50 minute session every other week. Coaching is most effective when you have consistent sessions every other week so that you have time to implement your action steps and absorb what you have learned. It also provides a regular place to check in for accountability, motivation, and adjustments. I recommend a minimum of 10 sessions as this gives you time to see true change take place. You will have time to address what is urgent so that you can address what is important: often just below the surface of any issue. Our Signature Coaching Package provides just that:
A new process can be a little scary at the beginning. You are signing up to be vulnerable and put in the effort to think and learn deeply about yourself.
